The industry is suffering

The industry is suffering

Gift card draining is a growing fraud where criminals steal personal data from store racks, silently emptying cards before victims ever use them.

Rising vulnerability

For years, bad actors have used "draining" techniques to steal activation and redemption codes directly from cards sitting on store racks.

Escalating fallout

Losses in North America have hit $212 million, likely into the billions, and reputational damage far outweighs the financial hit.

Zero data, zero opportunity for fraud

Our solution uses bank-grade data security and proprietary physical authentication to protect gift cards at every stage, with no disruption to existing retail infrastructure.

Comprehensive security

Sensitive information is removed from physical cards and stored in a secure, bank-grade data hub until the moment of purchase. Additionally, proprietary labels use multiple security elements - technologies found in banknotes and ID documents -to ensure proof of possession.

Seamless integration

Our solution operates entirely on existing retail rails. By working with your current systems, it guarantees zero disruption to Point of Sale (POS) hardware, staff workflows, or established retail processes, making deployment effortless. If however, the retailer POS system currently supports 2D cameras or RFID, a customer journey is available where the sales assistant can Scan or Tap the card for activation.
